This guide explains how to install and set up your MAXITA EC-17 and EC-27 hot foil stamping machines.
Both models share a similar installation process, with slight differences in structure and workspace size.
Before starting, make sure all parts are included in the package.

Step 1 — Unboxing & Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the package.

✔ Check power cable
✔ Check working table
✔ Check stamp holders
⚠️ Make sure no parts are damaged before installation.
Step 2 — Install the Working Table
The working table is the base where your leather/material is placed.
- Align the table with the sliding rail
- Insert it smoothly into the machine base
- Ensure it moves freely without resistance
💡 Tip:
- EC-17: 15 × 15 cm compact working table (ideal for small leather goods and detailed work)
- EC-27: 16 × 20 cm enlarged suspended table (suitable for larger designs and production work)
Step 3 — Install Stamp Holder (#1 / #2)
Choose the correct holder based on your workflow:
- #1 Holder → letter sets / custom copper molds
- #2 Holder → logo plates / larger designs
Installation steps:
- Place the letters or logo into the stamp holder
- Tighten and secure the design to prevent movement
- Attach the stamp holder into the stamping machine
- Check alignment and ensure everything is stable before heating
Step 4 — Power Connection
- Plug in the power cable
- Ensure correct voltage (110V / 220V depending on region)
- Switch on the main power
Step 5 — Heating Setup
- Set temperature based on material (usually 100°C–120°C)
- Wait until machine reaches stable temperature
- Test on scrap material before production
Step 6 — Test Stamping
- Place leather/material on working table
- Align using positioning guide (if available)
- Press for 2–3 seconds
- Check imprint quality
💡 If necessary, adjust the temperature and stamping time according to the material.
